By browsing, registering an account, purchasing supplements, ordering lab diagnostic kits, or enrolling in medical masterclasses on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please carefully read the following boundaries regarding our lab testing services and medical research articles:

  • All information, sample reports, and laboratory analysis previews presented on this website are for educational and academic purposes only.
  • Ordering and submitting biological samples for lab tests does not replace professional medical consults, diagnoses, or modern clinical treatments.
  • You should consult with a certified healthcare practitioner or the clinical team at Celfix before altering any medication, supplement intake, or making clinical decisions based on raw laboratory data.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, design elements, images, logos, text, clinical video assets, handouts, and software tools published on this site are the intellectual property of Thaicelfix Co., Ltd. and are protected by Thailand and international copyright laws.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, selling, or republishing our medical education courses or research design outputs without explicit written permission from us.

4. Purchases, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Please read the specific cancellation and refund rules applicable to our different service categories:

  • Supplements & Probiotics: We do not offer refunds or product exchanges. If products are damaged during transport or a wrong item is dispatched, you must report this within 3 business days of receipt to qualify for a replacement.
  • Lab Diagnostics Tests: Once an order is placed and bank transfer payment is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are permitted due to pre-allocation of testing kits and lab reagents.
  • Clinical Courses: Registration cancellations or seat swapping requests are governed by specific course conditions and must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the class date.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Celfix services shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

6. Amendments of Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access to the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
